HESOLHTION NO. %02 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKINC LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE CI~Z COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3839 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, dated the 6th day of September, 1949, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1938, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Aha be painted Red as pro- <br />vided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br />and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to <br />be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST SIXTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Main and Bush Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The West 44 feet of the East 54.5 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and <br />eliminate that certain no parking zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW T~REFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing no <br />parking zone is hereby eliminated and the City Engineer is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Aha, at its regular meeting held on the 16~h <br /> <br />day of July , 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
