BLACK, husband and wife, <br />have presented to the City Council of ~enta aha, California, a grant <br />deed dated June 8, 1951 conveying that certain real property in the <br />City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, orate of California, described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 22 in Block "C" of Tract No. <br /> 603, as per map thereof recorded in Book 19, at page 6, <br /> of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> 'WHEREAS, RAMON M. VILLALOBOS and LUPE G. VILLALOBOS, husband <br />and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ana, California, <br />a grant deed dated May 31, 1951 conveying that certain real property <br />in the City of Santa ~ns, County of Orange, State of California, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> <br /> The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 26 in Block "A" of Dessonett <br /> Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 2&, at <br /> page 73, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, <br /> State of California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and the property hereinabove desc~ribed.
