RESOLUTION NO. 5030 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO <br /> VACATE CERTAIN UNN~D ALLEYS THROUGH THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY <br /> 10th, llth, BUSH AND SPURGEON STREETS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after study, concluded that a por- <br /> tion of certain unnamed alleys herein described should be abandoned <br /> on the ground that they are uanecessary for present or prospective <br /> street or alley purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted by Resolution, <br /> a cerSain map for filing in the City Clerk's Office, graphically <br /> showing the pareels herein referred to; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of <br /> Santa Aha hereby declares its intention to proceed with the abandon- <br /> ment and vacation of those certain unnamed alleys hereinbelow de- <br /> scribed and as shown on and in accordance with an official map there- <br /> of adopted by Resolution No. 5029 and filed in the office of the <br /> City Clerk of said City and reference is hereby made to said map for <br /> further particulars; that the unnamed alleys herein proposed to be <br /> vacated lie in the City of Santa Ana and are described as: <br /> <br /> An alley bounded on the East by the West line of <br /> ~purgeon Street and bounded on the West by the <br /> East line of Bush Street, running through the Block <br /> between 10th and llth Streets; and <br /> <br /> An alley bounded on the South by the North line of <br /> 10th and bonnded on the North by the South line of <br /> the unnamed alley next hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> That on the 20th day of ~ August , 1951, at the hour of <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. on said day in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at <br />Third and Main Streets in the City of Santa nna is hereby fixed as <br />the time end place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting <br />to the proposed vacation and abandonment of ee~tain annamed alleys as <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with this <br />vacation of alley right-of-ways under the provisions of Part 3, Divi- <br />sion 9, the Streets and Highways Oode which said Act is krzown as the <br /> <br /> <br />
