<br /> WHerEAS, SALVAIM1R MERAZ and EMrr.~NE MERAZ, husband and wife,

<br />have presented to the Oity Council Of Santa Aha, 0alifornia, a grant
<br /> 1951 conveying that certain real property in the
<br /> County of Orange, State of California, dessribed
<br />
<br />and

<br />The Westerly 10 feet of the following described property:
<br />Lot 15 and the Southerly 40.13 feet of Lot 15, in Block
<br />"0" of Tract No. 610, as per map thereof recorded in
<br />Beck 19, at page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
<br />said Orange County,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MILDRED DAVIS, an unmarried woman, an undivided one-
<br />half interest and BEATRICE SHUTTS, an unmarried woman, an undivided
<br />one-half interest, have presented to the City Oouncil of Santa Ana,
<br />0allfornia, a grant deed dated April 20, 1951 conveying that certain
<br />real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
<br />Oalifornia, described as follows:

<br /> 603, as per map thereof recorded in Book 19, at page 6,
<br /> of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,

<br /> ~EAS, ALICE VUICIOH has presented to the City Council of
<br />Santa Ama, California, a grant deed dated April 26, 1951 conveying
<br />that certain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
<br />State of California, described as follows:

<br /> The Westerly ten (10) feet of Lot 12, in Block
<br /> of Tract No. 610, as shown on a map thereof recorded
<br /> in BOok 19~ at, page 12, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
<br /> of 0range County, State of California,

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
<br />cepts said deeds and the property hereinabove described. The City
<br />01erk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to cause said
