RESOLUTION NO. 5035 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br />WH~2LEAS, I~REDERICK W. SCHMIDT and BEATRICE L. SCHMIDT, bus- <br /> <br />band and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann, <br /> <br />California, a grant deed dated July 27, 1951 conveying that certain <br /> <br />real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of 0range~ State of <br /> <br />California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the lmtersection of the center line of <br />Bristol Street with the center line of Myrtle Street <br />as show~ on a map of Tract No. 1506 recorded in Book <br />53, at Page 13, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange <br />County, State of California; ruaming thence easterly a <br />distance of 195.92 feet to a point; thence southerly a <br />distance of 30 feet, measured at right angles to the <br />center line of ~yrtle Street, to a point; thence westerly <br />along a line parallel with the center line of Myrtle <br />Street to its intersection with the centerline of Bristol <br />Street; thence northerly along the center line of Bristol <br />Street to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom <br />right of ways previously gra~ted for Myrtle and Bristol <br />Streets. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br /> <br />accepts said deed and the property herinabove described.
