RESOLUTION NO. $056 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FIXING THE SALARY OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE <br />OFFICER <br /> <br /> ~gHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Ordinance No. <br /> 1327 creating the position of Administrative Officer in and for the <br /> City of Santa ana; and <br /> <br /> ~.~Z~REAS, there has heretofore been held, an examination to <br /> examine and rate applicants for said position for the guidance of <br /> the Council of the City of Santa Aaa and it is now necessary to es- <br /> tablish the salary to be paid to the Administrative Officer when <br /> and if one is hired by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOL~ED: That the salary for tae posi- <br /> tion of Administrative Officer for the City of Oanta Aaa shall be <br /> Nine Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($9,600.00) per year, payable at <br /> the rate of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) per month, said payments <br /> to be made during the month succeeding the month in whic~ service is <br /> rendered; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the salary herein fixed shall be <br />full compensation for said employment and that no cost of living in- <br />creese, no bonuses, allowances or other or different sums shall be <br />paid to said ~inistrative Officer unless and until the same shall <br />be expressly authorized by Resolution or Ordinance providing for <br />such other or sdditional peyment to be msde and expressly naming the <br />position or office of Administrative Officer as the recipient of such <br />other or further payment. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana et its regular meeting held on the ..6th day of August <br />1951. <br /> <br />AT~EST:~ <br /> CITY'CLERK <br /> <br />(S~AL) <br /> <br /> <br />
