RESOLUTION NO. 5038 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OVkT~RULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO <br />REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTzNDENT, APPROVING REPORT <br />AND ORDERING A COPT THEREOF FILED WITH THE TAX <br />COLLECTOR. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did, on <br />the 1st day of March, 1951, pass Resolution No. 4055, determining <br />and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature <br />and which attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when <br />dry and which are noxious and dangerous, were growing upon the streets, <br />sidewalks, and private property in the City of Santa Ana, described in <br />the itemized report submitted herewith; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 19th day of April, 1951, the City Council <br />further passed Resolution No. 4073, ordering the Street Superintendent <br />of said City to abate such public nuisance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given notice as <br />required by law, in which notice the 6th day of August, 1951~ at the <br />hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., was fixed as the time, and the Council <br />Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place~ where anv and all <br />persons interested in the said report might be heard; and <br /> <br /> WHERWm~, at the time set the Street Superintendent submitted <br />the said report, and all of said protests or objections to said report <br />having been heard; and <br /> <br /> IT IS HERE~Y RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana that all of said protests or objections to the said report <br />of the work done, be and the same are hereby overruled and the report <br />affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be~ and he is hereby <br />directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector. <br /> <br /> <br />
