NEIGHN~UR, do hereby certify that I <br />am the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha; <br />that I did on the let day of August, 1951, post on or <br />near the chamber door of the Legislative Body, to-wit: <br />the City Council, of the City of Santa Ana, a notice <br />of the time when m~ report of the account of, and the <br />cost of abating and destroying weeds would be submitted <br />to such City Council; a copy of which notice and of the <br />account so posted by me are annexed hereto, and made a <br />part hereof; that said notice and said account were kept <br />posted from and after said 1st day of Au~ast, 1951, for <br />at least three (3) days prior to the 6th day of August, <br />1951, as required by law. <br /> <br /> Dated this 6th day of August, 1981. <br /> <br />HJ M.
