RESOLUTION ~'0. &O;.4.? <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIREOTING CT.~X TO <br /> ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE INSTAT~ATION OF A BAR <br /> SCI~ IN THE JOINT OUTFA?.T. ~cw~ Ti~EATMENT PLANT <br /> AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. $035 <br /> <br /> w~EAS, heretofore on January 15, 1951 the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana adopted Resol~tien No. $035 authorizi~g City <br />01erk to advertise for bide for a bar screen; and <br /> <br /> wmm~AS, there has arisen the need for more t~ae to allow <br /> competitive bidding and for minor changes in the plans and speclfi- <br /> <br /> NOW, ~[EFORE, BE IT I~ESOLVED: THat Resolution No. $035 be <br />and the same il hereby repealed, rescinded and annulled. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURT~ RESOLVED: That the 0ity of Santa A~a as con- <br />tracting 01ty umder certain agreoments for the operation of the <br />Orange 0ounty Joint Outfall Sewer hereby directs the City 01erk to <br />publish a Notice to Bidders inviting bids for the furnishing of a <br />bar screen in accordance with plans and specifications on file in the <br />Office of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer in the City Hall, <br />Anaheim, California, said bids to be opened at 1,~0o'clock P.
