ATTES~ :~ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5039.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TERMINATING LEASES WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />WHEREAS, heretofore Leases N~,mhered 456 and 1957 were entered <br />into whereon the CITY OF SANTA ANA was Lessor and the ST_ATE OF CALI- <br />FORNIA was Lessee, which said Leases, in Paragraph 15 thereof, au- <br />thorized termination prior to the expiration date; and <br /> <br /> Ws~EAS, the STATE OF CALIFORNIA has requested termination of <br />said Leases; <br /> <br /> NOW, TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That under tho authority eon- <br />rained in Paragraph 15 of those two said Leases Numbered 456 and 1357 <br />respectively, whereunder the CITY OF SANTA ANA was Lesser and the <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA was Lessee, which said Leases provided areas for <br />the use of the National Guard, said Leasos shall be and the same are <br />hereby terminated said termination to be effective as of July 31st, <br />1951 and thereafter neither Party to said Leases shall have any obli- <br />gations er benefits thereunder and said Leases shall be of no farther <br />force and effect. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa ama <br />at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1951. <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> ) <br /> I, ERMA KEEL~R, do hereby certify that I am the City Clerk of <br />tho City of Santa Ann and ox-officio Clerk of the City CounCil of tho <br />City of Santa Ann; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly in- <br />troduced and read to the said Council at its re~Alar meeting held <br />on tho 6th day of August, 1951 and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: William Jerome, J.L.McBride, 0rson H.
