RESOLUTION NO. ~044 <br /> <br />EESOEUTION ABOLISHING THE POSITION OF STREET <br />AND SANITARY FOREMAN AND SALARY RANGE SPECIFIED <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />adopted Resolutisn No. 3666 fixing salaries for certain positions and <br />classes of positions for employees of the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is now deemed desirable to delete a classification; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the position of classifi- <br />cation of employment designated as "Street and Sanitary Foreman" <br />as created by Resolution Number 3666, is hereby abolished, and said <br />Resolution ~mber 3666 is hereby amended to delete said classification <br />and the salary range specified therefor. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ST~rE OF CAAIFORNIA ) <br />COUNT!
