RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO GRANT DEEDS <br /> <br />wife, <br /> <br />~EAS, Tn~ODORE S. HUNT~ and ALICE E. HU~ER, husband and <br /> <br />have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, California, <br /> <br />a grant deed dated August 8th, 1951 conveying that certain real prop- <br /> <br />erty in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />The Westerly ten feet of Lot Twenty-five in Block "A" of <br />the Bessonett Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book <br />24, page 73 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, California, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WARREN E. WOODY and VIVIAN H. WOODY, husband and <br />wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, California, <br />a grant deed dated August 8th, 1951 conveying that certain real prop- <br />erty in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Northerly ten feet of Lot One in Block Ten of a <br /> "Subdivision of Blocks Ten and Eleven in the Town of Santa <br /> Aha East", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 24, page 76 <br /> of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. <br /> Excepting therefrom the West 73.1 feet and the East <br /> 8 feet. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and the property hereinabove described, The City <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to cause said <br />deeds to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Cal- <br />ifornia. <br /> <br />Aha at <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />its regular meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1951. <br /> <br /> MAYg~ ' <br /> <br />(SmAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
