<br /> WHEREAS, MARY EDITH FOR~BERG, a widow and ROBERT LESLIE
<br />FORSBERG, a single man, her son, have presented to the City Council
<br />of Santa Ann, California, a grant deed dated April 26, 1951 convey-
<br />ing that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of
<br />Orange, State of California, described as follows:
<br />
<br /> The Westerly 10 feet of Lot 13, in Block "C~ of
<br /> Tract No. 610, as shown on a map thereof record-
<br /> ed in Book 19, at page 12, Miscellaneous Maps,
<br /> records of said Orange County, California,
<br />
<br />and
<br />
<br /> Wn~HEAS, JAMES GILMORE ~ and IT.~T~ G. ERR, husband and wife,
<br />have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann, California, a grant
<br />deed dated April 26, 1951 conveying that certain real property in the
<br />City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described
<br />as follows:

<br /> The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 19 in Block "C" of
<br /> Tract No. 603, as shown on a map thereof recorded
<br /> in Book 19, at page 6, of Miscellaneous Maps,
<br /> records of said Orange County,
<br />
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT LeROY TURNER and HOPE ELISABETH TURNER, husband
<br />and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann, California,
<br />a grant deed dated April 26, 1951 conveying that certain real property
<br />in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, de-
<br />scribed as follows:

<br /> The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 17, in Block "C", of Tract
<br /> No. 603, as shown on a map of said Tract, recorded in
<br /> Book 19, at page 6, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
<br /> Orange County, California;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL¥~: That the City of Santa Ann
<br />accepts said deeds and the property hereinabove described. The City
<br />Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is hereby instructed to cause said
<br />deeds to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Cal-
<br />ifornia.
