RESOLUTION NO. 505& <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, JOSEPH JOHN CATHERINA and BEATRICE I~. CATHERINA, <br /> <br />husband and wife, and FLORENCE J. STONER and FRANCIS M. STONER, <br /> <br />wife and husband, have presented to the City Council, a grant <br /> <br />deed dated August 8th, 1951 conveying that certain real property <br /> <br />in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, <br /> <br />described as: <br /> <br />The Westerly ten feet of the following described property: <br />That portion of the South 300 feet of the Northwest quar- <br />ter of the Northwest quarte~ of the Southwest quarter of <br />Section Thirteen, Township ~ive South, Range Ten West, <br />So B. B. & M., described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point in the West line of the Eorthwest <br />quarter of the Eorthwest quarter of the Southwest quarter <br />of said Section Thirteen, said point being 135 feet South <br />of the intersection of said West line with the Westerly ex- <br />tension of the South line of highland Street, as conveyed to <br />the City of Santa Ana by deed recorded October 15th, 1913 in <br />Book 23~, page 293 of Deeds; thence East along a line parallel <br />to the South lihe of said highland Street, 180 feet; thence <br />South parallel to the West line of the Northwest quarter of <br />the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Sec- <br />tion Thirteen, 60 feet; thence West along a line parallel to <br />the South line of said Highland Street, 180 feet to a point <br />in the West line of said Northwest quarter of the Northwest <br />quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section Thirteen; <br />thence North along said West line 60 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> EXCEPTING therefrom the Westerly 30 feet. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Zna <br /> <br />accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described.
