Requested by Chief Hershey <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH STREETS IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following named public streets and high- <br />ways within the said City of Santa Ana between the limits here- <br />inafter described a~e hereby declared to be through streets, <br />highways and boulevards within the meaning contemplated and <br />intended by the Vehicle Code of the State of California: <br /> <br /> SIXTH STREET - From the East line of Main Street to <br /> <br />its Junction with Fruit Street East of French Street, and all <br />traffic shall stop before entering this street. <br /> <br /> FRUIT STREET - From its Junction with Sixth Street <br /> / <br />to the West line of Grand Avenue, and all traffic shall stop <br /> <br />before entering this street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Aha at a regular meeting of said City Council <br /> <br />held on the l~th day of Februz.ry , 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST~~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />( ) <br /> <br /> <br />
