RESOLUTION NO.. 5063 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THREE GRANT DEEDS <br /> <br /> W~REAS, H. R. BAY and JEANNE B. BAY, husband and wife, have <br />presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, California, s grant deed <br />dated June 8, 1951 conveying that certain real property in the City <br />of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 16 in Block "C" of ~iTact <br /> No. 610, as per map thereof recorded in Book 19, at page 12, <br /> of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT WILLIAM MacPHAIL and JENNIE MacPHAIL, also known <br />as VIRGINIA MacPHAIL, husband and wife, have presented to the City <br />Council of Santa Ana, California, a grant deed dated May 17, 1951 <br />conveying that certain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as followw: <br /> <br /> The Westerly l0 feet of Lot l~ in Block C of Tract No. <br /> 603, as per map thereof recorded in Book 19, at page 6, of <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County <br /> <br /> W~u~, JOHN EL~O TINSLEY and DOROTHY MAXINE TINSLEY, husband <br />and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ana, California, <br />a grant deed dated April 25, 1951 conveying that certain real property <br />in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> <br /> The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 19 in Block "D" of Tract No. <br /> 603, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 19, at page 6, <br /> of Miscellaneous Naps, records of said Orange County, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deeds and the property hereinabove described. The City Clerk <br />of the City of Santa ~na is hereby instructed to cause said deeds to be <br />recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> <br />
