RESOLUTION NO. 5064 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED AND TWO EASEMENT DEEDS WHEREAS, STANLEY A. ELZEAand DOROTHY G. EL~F~, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann, California, a grant deed dated July 10, 1951 conveying that certain real prop- erty in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 18 in Block "D" of Tract No. 603, as per map thereof recorded in Book 19, page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, and WH~R~S, FRANKLIN F. ROWLEY and ELSIE ~. RO%~LEY, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann, Oallfornia, an easement deed dated August 9, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: and An easement for street purposes over the Northerly l0 feet of the Westerly 73 feet of Lot i in Block "A" of Warner's Subdivision of Blocks "C" and "F" of the Dresser Tract, as per map thereof recorded in Book 30, page 37 of Miscellaneous Records of Los ~ngeles County and corrected map recorded in Book l, page 97 of Miscella- neous ~aps, records of said Orange County, WltEREAS, FRANK FU~ and MAi{GARETH FULLER, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa ~na, California, an ease- ment deed dated July 31, 1951 conveying an easement across that cer- tain real property in the City of Santa %na, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: An easement for sfreet purposes over the ~ortherly l0 feet of Lot i in Block A of Warner's Subdivision of Blocks "C" and "F" of the Dresser Tract, as per map thereof recorded in Book ~0, page 37 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, california, and corrected map recorded in Book l, page 97 of ~iscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. EXCEPTiNG therefrom the Westerly 73 feet thereof.
