RESOLUTION NO~ 5065 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THREE EASEI~ENT DEEDS <br /> <br />WHEHEAS, R. C. BENTSON and RUTH M. BENTSON, husband and wife, <br /> <br />have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, California, an ease- <br /> <br />ment deed dated August 16, 1951 conveying an easement across that <br /> <br />certain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br /> <br />State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Northerly l0 <br />feet of the outherly 40 feet of the ~est 54 feet of that <br />portion of Wiley's Addition, as per map thereof recorded in <br />Book l, page 86 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange <br />County, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at a point 15.53 chains East of the Southwest <br />corner of Section 6, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. <br />& M., thence West ll4 feet; thence North 380 feet; thence East <br />ll4 feet; thence South 380 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WH2ER~S, EI~A H~ZELGROVE, MARGARINE A.
