RESOLUTION N0.5068 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO GRANT DEEDS <br /> <br /> WHerEAS, MILLARD G. BLACK, a single man and DURWARD W. BLAOK <br />and EILEEN G. BLAOK, husband and wife, have presented to the City <br />Council of Santa Ann, California, a grant deed dated June 8, 1951 <br />conveying that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 23, in Block "C" of Tract <br /> No. 603, as per map thereof recorded in Book 19, at page <br /> 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CARL D. WILLZAMM and LORE~AMIRIAMWILLIAMS, husband <br />and wife have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann, California, <br />a grant deed dated April 25, 1951 conveying that certain real prop- <br />erty in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 22 in Block "D" of Tract <br /> No. 603, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 19, <br /> at page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, <br /> <br /> NOW, THE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa gna <br />accepts said deeds and the property hereinabove described.
