BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City Clerk of <br /> <br />SANTA AMA are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of SANTA ANA, <br />any agreement or agreements necessary, or required by METROPOLITAN, <br />to be entered into between METROPOLITAN and SANTA AMA in order to <br />provide for the construction of said service connection in the manner <br />and subject to the terms a~d conditions set forth in this Resolution <br />and to affix the corporate seal of SANTA ANA to any such agreement <br />or agreements.
