RESOLUTION NO,, 5081 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING/EASEMENT DEEDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, FRANK P. SILVERI and ANN SILVERI, also known as ANN <br /> <br />C. SILVERI, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of <br /> <br />Santa ~na, California, an easement deed dated September 5, 1951 con- <br /> <br />veying an easement across that certain real property in the City of <br /> <br />Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the West 50 feet of the <br />South ~0 feet of the follow, lng described property: <br /> Beginning 15.53 chains East of the Southwest corner of <br />Section 6, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino <br />Base and Meridian; thence East 3.52 chains, more or less, to <br />the Westerly line of the Southern Pacific Railroad reservation; <br />thence Northwesterly along said reservation to a point 6.21 <br />chains due North of the South line of said Section 6; thence <br />West .5 of a chain; thence South 6.21 chains to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> EXCEPTING therefrom that portion thereof previously granted <br />for 17th Street, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WhEt{EAS, FRANK P. SILVERI and ANN C. SILVERI, husband and wife, <br /> <br />have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, California, an ease- <br /> <br />merit deed dated SeptemJoer 20, 1951 conveying an easement across that <br /> <br />certain real property in the City of Senta Aha, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the Northerly 5 feet <br />of Lot 2 in Block "A" of Warner,s Subdivision of Blocks "C" <br />and "F" of the Dresser Tract, as per map thereof recorded <br />in Book 30, page 37 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, California, and corrected map recorded in Book l, <br />page 97 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, <br />California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na ac- <br />cepts said deeds for easements across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
