RESOLUTION NO. 5082 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ONE GRANT DEED AND <br />TWO EASE~ENT DEEDS <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, MORRIS A. BOLING and BARBARA S. BOLING, husband and <br />wife, have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated April <br />17, 1951 conveying that certain real property in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The Westerly l0 fe~t of Lot 4 in Tract No. 228, as <br /> shown om a Map thereof recorded in Book 13, page 19 of <br /> Miscellaneous Naps, records of Orange County, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />and wife, <br />~ugust 9, <br />ty in the <br /> <br /> City of Santa ~na, <br />described as: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />~EREAS, FRANK T. WISWALL and FLORENCE L. WISWALL, husband <br /> have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated <br /> 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real proper- <br /> <br /> County of Orange, State of California, <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Northerly 10 <br />feet of the following described property: <br /> The Westerly 42 feet of ~ot 2 and the Easterly 8 feet <br />of Lot i in Block l0 of a ~ubdivision of Blocks l0 and ll in <br />the Town of Santa Ana East as per map thereof recorded in <br />Book 24, page 76 of ~iscellaneous Records of ~os Angeles <br />County, California, <br /> <br /> WMEREAS, WILLIA C. WARE has presented to the City Council, an <br />easement deed dated September 24, 1951 conveying an easement across <br />that certain real property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for Street purposes over the ~orth l0 feet <br /> of the South 40 feet of the West 75 feet of t~e East 266 feet <br /> of Lot 6 of the Dericot Tract, as shown on a map recorded <br /> in Book l, page 95 of ~iscellaneous ~aps, records of said <br /> C~anty <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- <br />cepts said deed and t~e property first hereinabove described and deeds <br />for easements across the property hereinabove described. The City <br />Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deeds to be recorded with the <br />County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> <br />
