RESOLUTION NO. 084 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3519 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, dated the 18th day of November, 1946, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Ana be painted Red as pro- <br />vided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br />and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to <br />be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> BUSH STREET <br /> <br /> On the East side between Sixth and Seventh Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The North 14 feet of the South 60 feet. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2486 of the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana, dated the 5th day of October, 1936, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Ana be painted Yellow as pro- <br />vided in Subdivision "h" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br />and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb <br />to be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> <br />
