RESOLUTION NO. ~085 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO EASEMENT DEEDS <br />~h~EAS, GLENN O. BAIT~y has presented to the City Council, <br />an easement dead dated 0otober 8th, 1951 conveying an easement <br />across that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The Westerly seven fact (7') of Lot 15, Block "Bn, <br /> Tract No. 284, as shown on a map theraof, recorded <br /> in Book 14, at pages i and 2, Miscellaneous Maps, <br /> Records of Orange County, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FLOYD K. EIGHT and WINIFRED T. WRIGHT have presented <br />to the City Council, an easement deed dated October 8, 1951 convey- <br />ing an easement across that c~ertain real property in the City of <br />Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The Westerly five (5) feet of Lot 9, Block C, Tract <br /> as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 13, at Page 22, <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds for easements across the property herelnabove <br />described. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deeds <br />to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa aha at <br />its adjourned regular meeting held on the 22nd day of ...0ctobe~ <br />1951. <br /> <br /> <br />
