RESOLUTION NO. 5088 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO EASEMENT DEEDS WHEREAS, ETHEL C. McLEOD has presented to the City Oouncll, an easement deed dated September 26, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the Gity of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over the North 10 feet of the South 40 feet of the West 75 feet of the East 351 feet of Lot 6 of the Dericot Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 1, page 95 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said county; and WH~EAS, DURWARDF. BENDER and MARGARET L. BENDER, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated August 17, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over the Northerly 10 feet of the Southerly $0 feet of that portion of Wlley's Addi- tion, as per map thereof recorded in Book 1, page 86 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County described as follows: Commencing at a point 15.53 chains East of the Southwest corner of Section 6, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M., running thence West 115 feet; thence North 380 feet; thence East 115 feet; thence South 380 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING TM~REFROM the West 55 feet thereof. NOW, T~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann accepts said deeds for easements across the property hereinabove described. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deeds to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
