RESOLUTION NO. ~089 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GP~ANT DEED <br /> <br />WH~EAS, CALATA LOUISE WILLIA~M, a married woman, the <br /> <br />last registered owner, has presented to the City Council of Santa <br /> <br />Ana, California, a grant deed dated August 22, 1951 conveying that <br /> <br />certain real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, <br /> <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The Westerly 10 feet of the following described <br />property: <br /> That portion of the South 300 feet of the Northwest <br />quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quar- <br />ter of Section 13, in Township 5 South, Range 10 West, <br />San Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the South line of Highland <br />Street as conveyed to the City of Santa Ann by deed re- <br />corded OctoBer 15, 1913 in Book 23~, at page 293, of <br />Deeds, records of said Orange County, said point being <br />575 feet West of the Northwest corner of Lot 12, of the <br />Highland Street Tract, as per map thereof recorded in <br />Book 6, at page 40 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of <br />said Orange County; thence South along a line parallel <br />to the West line of saiA Lot 12, 135 feet; thence West <br />along a line parallel to the South line of said High- <br />land Street to a point in the West line of the Northwest <br />quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter <br />of Section 13, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, San Ber- <br />nardino Base and Meridian; thence North along said West <br />line to the point of intersection with the said South <br />line of Highland Street; thence East along said South <br />line of Highland Street to the point of beginning; <br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 30 feet thereof. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ao- <br /> <br />cepts said deed and the property hereina~ove described. The City <br /> <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is hereby instructed to cause said <br /> <br />deed to be recorded with the Registrar of Titles, Orange County, <br /> <br />California. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ann <br /> <br />at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 22nd day of <br /> <br />October, 1951. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
