RESOLUTION NO. 5090 RESOLUTIONACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, JOSEPH J. CATH~INA has presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated August 8, 1951 conveying that car- rain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, Stats of California, dsscribed as: The Westerly ten feet of the following: That portion of the South 300 feet of the Northwest quarter of the North- wsst quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Thirteen, Township Five South, Range Ten West, S.B.B. & M., de- scribed as follows: ~egimaiag at a point in the West line of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section Thirteen, said point being 195 feet south of the intersection of said West line with the Westerly extension of the ~outh line of Highland Street, as conveyed to the City of Santa Aha by deed re- corded October 15th, 1913 in Book 234, page 293 of Deeds; thence East along a line parallel to the South line of said Highland Street, 180 feet; thence South along a line parallel to the West line of the ~orthwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section Thirteen, to the North line of Lot "X" of Tract No. 543, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 18, page 16 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence West along the North line of said Lot "X" to the Southwest corner of said South 300 feet; thence North to the point of begin~ing. EXCEPTING therefrom the Westerly 30 feet. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the Registrar of Titles, Orange County, California.
