RESOLUTION NO. 5096 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, FRANK W. LOOSE and LILLIAN A. LOOSE, husband and <br /> <br />wife, have presented to the City Council, an easemeDt deed dated <br /> <br />September 26th, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real <br /> <br />property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of Call- <br /> <br />fornia, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over a strip of land <br />15 feet in width, said 15 foot strip being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> The Northerly 40 feet of Block 22, "Town of Santa Ann <br />East", as shown on a Map recorded in Oook 10, pages 43 and <br />~ of ~iscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. <br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 25 feet conveyed to <br />the City of Santa Ann for street purposes by deed recorded <br />April 9, 1920 in Book 358, page 303 of Deeds, records of <br />Orange County, California. <br /> ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM a strip of land along the West <br />line of said Block 22 conveyed for railroad purposes by deed <br />recorded August 6, 1887 in Book 27~, page 165 of Deeds, <br />records of Los Zngeles County, California. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br /> <br />scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to <br /> <br />be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ann at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held on the 5th day of November, 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
