RECOLUT ION N0. 5100 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEI~ENT DEEDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, C. J. ALEXANDER and JUANITA I. ALEXANDER, husband <br /> <br />and wife, and HAROLD H. GREENWALD and GERTRUDE S. GREEN~VALD, bus- <br /> <br />band and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement <br /> <br />deed dated October 29, 1951 conveying an easement across that cer- <br /> <br />rain real property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State <br /> <br />of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An Easement for street purposes over and across the follow- <br />ing: <br /> Parcel 1. The Westerly l0 feet of Lot Two of Tract No. <br />905, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 32, page 16 of <br />Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. <br /> Parcel 2. That portion of Lot One of Tract No. 905, as <br />shown on a Map recorded in Book 32, page 16 of Miscellaneous <br />Maps, records of Orange County, California, described'as fol- <br />lows: Commencing at the Southwesterly corn er of Lot Two of <br />said Tra~t; thence Southerly along the Westerly line-of said <br />Lot One, &5 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly <br />line of said Lot Two, l0 feet; thence Northerly parallel with, <br />the Westerly line of said Lot One, 45 feet; thence Westerly. <br />along the Southerly line of said Lot Two, l0 feet to the. <br />point of beginning. <br /> Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, ~restric- <br />tions and rights of way of record. <br /> Also subject to taxes for fiscal year 1951-1952, not yet <br />payable. <br /> Harold n. Greenwald and wife are executing this deed for <br />the purpose of eliminating an easement for alley purposes <br />over the Southerly l0 feet of Parcel 2 as reserved in the deed <br />to C. J. ALEXANDER and wife, recorded January ll, 1951 in <br />Book 2127, page 265 of Official Records. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- <br /> <br />cepts said deeds for easements across the property hereinabove de- <br /> <br />scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed'to <br />be recorded with the County Eecorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa ~na at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br />ATTEST :~ <br />CITY CLERK <br /> <br />19th day of November, 1951. <br /> <br /> <br />
