<br />RESOLUTION AccEPTING ~¥0 EASE~ENT DEEDS
<br />
<br /> VETEREAS, FRANK A. ~0WALTER and FANNY S. SHOWALTER, husband
<br />and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed
<br />
<br />dated November 13, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain
<br />
<br />real property in the City of Santa Aaa, County of Orange, State of
<br />
<br />California, described as:
<br />
<br /> An Easement for street and sewer purposes over the
<br /> South 25 feet of the following described property:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the center line of ~irst
<br />Street, 1942 feet West of the Northeast corner of Section
<br />Fourteen, Township Five South, Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M.,
<br />said point also being at the intersection of the Northerly
<br />extension of the East line of Tract No. 407, as shown on
<br />a ~ap recorded in Book 15, page 44 of Miscellaneous Maps,
<br />records of Orange County, California, and the said center
<br />line of First Street; and running thence South along the
<br />said Northerly extension of the East line, the East line
<br />and the Southerly extension of the East line of said Tract
<br />No. 407, a distance of 1320 feet, more or less, to the
<br />South line of Lot One of the Sepulveda Tract, as shown on
<br />a ~ap recorded in Book 31, page 197 of Deeds, records of
<br />Los Angeles County, California; thence West along said South
<br />line ~43.4 feet, more or less, to the East line of Artesia
<br />Street, being 60 feet wide as shown on a Map of Tract No.
<br />233, recorded in Book 13, page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps,
<br />records of Orange County, California; thence North along said
<br />East line 1320 feet, more or less, to the center line of West
<br />First Street, and thence East 443.4 feet to the point of be-
<br />ginning.

<br />WHEREAS, ELLA K. YOUNG, an unmarried woman, has presented to

<br />the City Council, an easement deed deted October 25, 1951 conveying
<br />
<br />an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa
<br />
<br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
<br />
<br /> An easement for street purposes over and across the fol-
<br />lowing:
<br /> The Westerly 5 feet of Lot Nineteen in Block "A" of "Tract
<br />No. 2~5, McFadden Home Place No. l", as shown on a Map recorded
<br />in Boo~ 13, page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, recorda of Orange
<br />County, California.
<br /> Excepting therefrom the North 7 feet.
<br /> Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions
<br />and rights of way of record.
