<br />have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated September ll,

<br />1951 conveying that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha,

<br />County of Orange, State of Cslifornia, described as:

<br /> A portion of Lot 9 of the Bates Tract as shown on a map
<br />recorded in Book l, at page 96 of Miscellaneous Record Maps,,
<br />records of said Orange County, described as follows:
<br /> Beginnio~ at a point in the West line of said Lot 9,
<br />said West line being the center line of the Street, ~0.00
<br />feet wide, shown on said map along the WesR side of said Lot 9,
<br />said point being distant North 0 38' 10" East 124.25 feet
<br />from the Southwest corner of said Lot 9; running thence North
<br />0o38' 10" East 60.03~feet; thence North 88° 52' 27" East 145.07
<br />feet; thence South 0w 38' 10" West 60.03 feet; thence South
<br />88° 52' 27" West 145.07 feet to the point of beginning.
<br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 30 feet, conveyed to the
<br />City of Santa Ana by deed recorded April 2, 1951 in Book 2168,
