RESOLUTION NO. 4037 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH STREET IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions o~ the Vehicle Code <br /> <br />of the State of California, and pursuant to the provision of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An <br />Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public <br />Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following named public <br />street and highway within the said City of Santa Ana between <br />the limits hereinafter described is hereby declared to be a <br />through street, highway and boulevard within the meaning <br />contemplated and intended by the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California: <br /> <br /> ARTESIA STREET - from the North line of First Street to <br />the South line of Washington Ave., except at its intersection with <br />Fourth, Fifth and Eighth Streets, and providing that at said inter- <br />sections of Fourth, Fifth and Eighth Streets traffic from all four <br />directions shall stop before entering said intersection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Santa Ana at a regular meeting of said City Council held on <br /> <br />the 18th .. day of ~anuar~ , 1951 <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor ' <br /> <br /> <br />
