Requested by Property Owners <br />& Business Men on South Main <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4039 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 AS AMENDED BY <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1192 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ~NA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, as amended by Ordinance <br />No. 1192, adopted January 20, 194V, the City Council does hereby <br />declare that the following public highways in the City of Santa <br />Ana shall be a one hour parking zone, as provided in Subdivision <br />"fl" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, as amended by <br />Ordinance No. 1192, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to <br />post two (2) notices of said parking limitation on both sides of <br />said Streets in each block, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> SOUTH MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> On both sides, between First Street and St. Gertrude Place. <br /> <br /> BERKELEY STREET <br /> <br /> On both sides, between Main Street and Cypress Avenue. <br /> <br /> OCCIDENTAL STREET <br /> <br /> On both sides, between Main Street and Cypress Avenue. <br /> <br /> POMONA STREET <br /> <br /> On both sides, between Main and Sycamore Streets. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the 18th <br /> <br />day of January , 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
