SECTION 10: NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the <br />grades to which said work is to be done are, or may be in part, <br />new and different from those heretofore established, or may be and <br />in some cases are different from existing ground levels. <br /> <br /> SECTION 11: The total estimated cost of said work and <br />improvement, including estimated incidental costs, is in the amount <br />of $362,470.36.
