Employee Benefits for Confidential Employees. <br />Each employee in a class of employment designated in Section 3 of <br />this Resolution as Unaffiliated Confidential (UC), shall continue <br />to receive as additional compensation, any and all employee <br />benefits provided to non-management, general service employees on <br />or after July 1, 1991, except as modified below: <br /> <br /> A. Deferred ComDensatlon. An amount equal to one <br />percent of the base semi-monthly pay rate being paid each affected <br /> <br /> <br />
