RESOLUTION NO. 4042 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WPIEREAS, TPIq~R01~iAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF LOS ANGELES has <br />presented to the City Council of Oanta gna, California, a deed <br />dated January 23, 1951, conveying an easement for all uses and pur- <br />poses of a public street in, over and upon the real property situa- <br />ted in the City of Santa Zna, County of Orange, State of California, <br />and described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly twenty (20) feet of Lot Oeven, in <br /> Block 75, of the Town of Santa Ann East, in the City <br /> of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, <br /> as per map thereof recorded in ~ook 10, pages 43 and <br /> 44 of Niscellaneous Records of Los ~ngeles County, <br /> California. <br /> <br /> N0¥J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of oanta Ann <br />accept the deed to said easement over the real property herein de- <br />scribed.
