RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION A2O ABANDONNENT OF A <br /> PORTION 0FANUN~JA~,~D ALLEY ~ BLOCX 75 SANCTA ANA EAST <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa zna on ti~e <br /> <br />~k~. day of _~$__$~b~ , 1950 regularly passed and adopted Reso- <br /> <br />lution No. 4028 declaring its intention to vacate and abandon a por- <br />tion of an unnamed Alley in ~lock 75 Santa Ann East which said ~eso- <br />lution was regularly published in the manner prescribed by law for the <br />publication of Ordinances of said City; and <br /> <br /> ~iEREAS, notice of said intention was duly posted as required <br />by Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, public hearing was regularly held on the 18th day of <br />January, 1951 at the hour of l:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in the <br />City Hall, oanta Ann, California, upon due notice in said Resolution <br />and said posted notices contained. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, AFTER DUE HEARinG, BE IT RESOLVED: That the <br />City Council of the City of Oanta Aha hereby finds from all the evi- <br />dence submitted, that that portion of an unnamed Alley in ~lock 75 <br />Santa Ann East hereinbelow and in said Resolution described, is un- <br />necessary for present or prospective public street purposes; <br /> <br /> BE IT ~J3RTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of <br />Santa ~ne hereby makes its Order vacating and abandoning for street <br />purposes, that certain parcel of real property being in %he City of <br />Oenta ~na, County of Orange, State of California and described as: <br /> <br /> The northwesterly 155 feet more-or-less, of that unnamed <br /> alley extending from Stafford Street to Fruit Street in <br /> Block 75, Santa ~na East as per map thereof recorded in <br /> Book l0 at pages &3 and 4&, Records of Los ~ngeles County, <br /> the same lying between Lots i through 6, both inclusive, <br /> and the northwesterly 5 feet of Lot 7 and Lots 27 through <br /> 32, both inclusive, and t~e northeasterly 5 feet of Lot <br /> 26, all in said Block 75. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ann at its <br /> <br />Eebruary , 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the ls~ day of <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> (SEA ) <br /> <br /> <br />
