RESOLUTION NO. %024 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EA~E~ DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THEODORE S. HUNTER and ALICE E. ~ER, husband and wife, <br />have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, California, an ease- <br />ment deed dated July 3, 1951 conveying an easement across that cer- <br />tain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State <br />of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 5 feet of Lots 25 and 23, Block A, <br /> Bessonett Tract, as ~er map thereof recorded in <br /> Book 24 at Page 73, ~iscellaneous Records of Los <br /> Angeles~ County. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na ac- <br />cepts said deed for an easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
