RESOLUTION N0. 5025 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> ~MEREAS, EDWARD A. WALKER, has presented to the City Council <br /> <br />of oanta Ane, California, a grant deed dated ~uly 2nd, 1951 convey- <br />ing that certain real property in the City of Santa ~ne, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lots Two end Three in ~lock Eight of Palmer's Addition to <br /> Township of Santa Ana, ss shown on a Map recorded in Book 34, <br /> ~age 87 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, <br /> alifornia. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na <br />accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described.
