RESOLUTION N0.~026 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO GRANT DEEDS <br /> <br /> V~EREAS, GLEk~NA. BANARD, SYLVIA 0. BANARD, husband and wife, <br />and GEORGE L. TANEY and AUDREY M. TANEY, husband and wife, have pre- <br />sented to the City Council of Santa Ans, California, a grant deed <br />dated June 29th, 1951 conveying that certain real property in the <br />City of oanta ~na, County of Orange, State of California, described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> The Westerly ten feet of Lot Twenty-six in ~lock "C" of "Tract <br /> No. 603", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 19, page 6 of <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PERCY E. JENNINGS, a widow and BLANCHE G. <br />woman, have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />HEAD, a Married <br />California, a <br />grant deed dated June 29th, 1951 conve~ing that certain real property <br />in the City of Santa Ana, County CT Orange, State of California, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> <br /> The Westerly ten feet of Lot Five of "Tract No. 228", as shown <br /> on a Map recorded in Book 13, page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, <br /> records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deeds and the property hereinabove described.
