RESOLUTION NO. 5028 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A TEMPORARY COST OF LIVING <br />INCREASE TO CITY E~PLOYEES <br /> <br /> ~h~EAS, Heretofore on October 19, 1950, the City Council by <br />Resolution No. 4003, did grant a cost of living increase to certain <br />City employees which expired June 30, 1951; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the cost of living has increased rather than diminished <br />since the adoption of said Resolution; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a temporary cost of living <br />increase in amount of Fifteen Dollars per month for all full time <br />City employees and ~even Dollars and Fifty Cents per month for part <br />time employees be and the same is hereby granted to take effect July l, <br />1951 and to continue through and include June 30, 1952. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall not affect <br />the salaries of elected Officials. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> I am the City Clerk of the <br />City of Santa Aha and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced <br />and read to the said Council at its regular meeting held on the 16th <br />day of ~uly, 1951 and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted <br />by said Council by the following vote, to,wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: William Jerome, J.L.MeB~ide, Orson H.
