RESOLUTION NO. 5029 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NAP SHOWING CERTAIN UNNAMED ALLEYS <br />PROPOSED TO BE VACATED AND ABANDONED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented to the Council of <br />the City of Santa ~na, a certain Nap showing two unnamed alleys which <br />said City proposes to vacate, abandon and close up', which are de- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> <br /> An alley bounded on the East by the West line of Spurgeon <br /> Street and bounded on the West by the East line of Bush <br /> Otreet, running through the Dlock between 10th mhd llth <br /> Streets; and <br /> <br /> An alley bounded on the bouth by the North line of 10th <br /> Street and bounded on the ~orth by the South line of the <br /> unnamed alley next hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said Nap be and the same <br />is hereby approved. The City Clerk of the City of Santa gna is or- <br />dered and directed to file the same in the proceedings for the aban- <br />donment of said unnamed alleys that said map may be used in connec- <br />tion with the Ordinance or ~esolution of Intention to vacate such <br />unnamed alleys and that said map may be available for inspection by <br />the public. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ann at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CITY CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
