RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACOEPTING EASENENT DEED <br /> <br />ATTEST :~_ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br /> WN~EAS, MARGARET A. LANG~GN, a widow, has presented to the <br />City Council cf Santa Ann, California, an easement deed dated <br />July 31, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real prop- <br />erty in the City ef Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Califor- <br />nia, described as follows: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes ower the Southerly l0 <br /> feet of Lot 8 of Push Street Tract, as per map thereof <br /> recorded in Book 6, page 35 of Miscellaneous Maps, <br /> Records of Orange County <br /> <br /> NOW, TMW~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed for an easement across the property hereinabove <br />described.
