Requested by Pacific Telephone and <br /> Telegraph Company <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION .o. 5o 6 , <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TIME LIMIT PARKIN~ ZONE <br />UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1080 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provialons of 0rdi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public. Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curb along the publie highways <br />in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted green and shall bear a <br />legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time <br />limit for parking shall be ten (10) minutes, as provided in <br />Subdivision "F" cf Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted <br />as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST FIFTH STBE~T <br /> <br /> On the North side between Bush and Spurgeon Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 47.4 feet of the West 57.5 feet, <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, <br /> <br />ATTEST:.~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of August, <br /> <br /> (StoL) <br /> <br /> <br />
