SOLUT 0N NCo 5059 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING T~ VACATION, ABANDONMENT, AND <br />CLOSING OF CERTAIN UNNAMED ALLEYS THROUGH THE BLOCE <br />BOUNDED BY 10th, llth, BUSH AND SPURGEON STREETS <br /> <br /> WHerEAS, heretofore the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br />om the 16th day of July, 1951, regularly passed and adopted Resolu- <br />tion No. 5030 declaring its intention to vacate and abandon certain <br />unnamed alleys therein and hereinbelow described, which said Resolu- <br />tion was regularly published as required by law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice of said intention was duly posted as required <br />by Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, public hearing was regularly held on the 20th day of <br />August, 1951 at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers in the <br />City Hall of Santa ~na, California upon due notice in said Resolution <br />and said posted notices contained; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, AFTER DUE EEARING, BE IT RESOLVED: That the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby finds, from all the <br />evidence submitted, that those unnamed alleys hereinbelow and in said <br />Resolution described, are unnecessary for the presant or prospective <br />public street purposes. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLYmD: That the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana hereby makes its Order vacating, abandoning and closing up <br />for street purposes those certain parcels of real property being in <br />the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California and Ac- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> <br /> An alley bounded on the East by the West llne of <br /> Spurgeon Street and bounded on the West by the <br /> East line of Bush Street, running through the <br /> Block between 10th and llth Streets; and <br /> <br /> An alley bounded on the South by the North line of <br /> 10th and bounded on the North by the South line of <br /> the unnamed alley next hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />et its regular meeting held on the <br />ATTEST <br /> CITY CL~RK <br /> <br />20th day of August, 1951. <br /> <br /> (SE ) <br /> <br /> <br />
