RESOLUTION NO. 5067 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CT.~ TO ADVERTISE, <br /> OFFERING FOR SALE CERTAIN BUILDINGS LOCATED NEAR THE <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING ON EIGHTH STREET, CALLING <br /> FOR SEALED BIDS T~EON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ann has certain buildings now <br />vacated and unused on its property on Eighth Street, west of Flower <br />Street which it desires to sell; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Clerk is <br />hereby authorized and directed to advertise, offering said buildings <br />for sale and calling for sealed bids to be submitted by prospective <br />buyers, said published Notice Inviting Bids to be in words and <br />figures as follows: <br /> <br /> NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS OFFERING TO BUY BUILDINGS <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Santa Ann will receive <br />sealed bids up to the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the 1st day of <br />October, 1951, offering to buy any one or more of the following <br />buildings: <br /> <br /> That certain building known as T 16 containing apartments <br />Numbered 63 to 68 both inclusive; <br /> <br /> That certain building known as T 15 containing apartments <br />Numbered 55 to 62 both inclusive. <br /> <br /> These buildings are now located on the South side of West <br />Eighth Street, West of Flower Street in the area known as Casa de <br />Santa Ana or near the Community Center Club House, 110~ West Eighth <br />Street and may be seen on a map in the Office of the Park Superinten- <br />dent in Room 305 of the City Hall. <br /> <br /> Ail bids are to be under the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) None of said buildings may be relocated within the <br />Santa Ann City Limits; <br /> <br /> (b) None of said buildings may be moved without obtaining <br />a permit from the City therefor and complying with the requirements <br />for removing buildings in said City. <br /> <br /> <br />
