(c) Bidder must, within 60 days from and after the accept- <br /> ance of his bid, have the building or buildings and all parts thereof, <br /> completely removed from the City property, the cement floors, founda- <br /> tions etc. removed from City property and the area cleaned up. <br /> <br /> (d) Bidder must post a bid bond or cashier's check with <br />his bid in amount of ten percent of bid to guarantee that he will <br />enter into the contract if his bid be accepted. Successful bidder <br />must pay the amount of his bid within four days and post a performance <br />bond in amount of fifty percent of his bid to guarantee that he will <br />comply with these terms and conditions and have the building or <br />buildings and all parts thereof, completely removed from City property <br />within the time limit of 60 days from the acceptance of his bid as <br />herein provided for and in event of failure to completely remove the <br />buildings from City property within 60 days es herein provided for, <br />or any other failure to comply with these terms, said performance <br />bond in amount of fifty percent of bid shall be forfeited to the City <br />as liquidated damages and the proceeds thereof deposited in the Gen- <br />eral Fund. <br /> <br /> Bids must state the amount bid for each building separately and <br />must describe the building bid on by the name hereinabove given same. <br />Any bidder may bid on one or both of said buildings. Bids must be <br />delivered to the City Clerk of the Oity of Santa Ana in the City Hall <br />at 3rd and Main Street in said City on or before the hour and date <br />fixed for the opening of bids. <br /> <br /> The City of Santa Ann reserves the right to reject any and all <br /> <br />bide <br /> <br /> or waive any informality in any bid. <br />DATED: This 4th day of September , <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council <br />its regular meeting held on the <br />ATTEST:~ ~ <br /> .....
