RESOLUTION NO. 5070 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MINNIE M. WILD has presented to the City Council of <br /> <br />Santa ~na, California, an easement deed dated August 2~, 1951 con- <br /> <br />raying an easement across that certain real property in the City of <br />Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the Southerly 5 <br />feet of Lot 7 of ~ush Street Tract, as per map thereof <br />recorded in Book 6, page 35 of ~iscellaneous Maps, rec- <br />ords of said County. <br /> <br />NOW, ~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br /> <br />accepts said deed for an easement across the property herelnabove <br />described.
