RESOLUTION NO. 5071 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHerEAS, FRANKLIN P. NICKEY, Jr. and BE~LY J. NICKEY, <br />husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa %ns, <br />California, a grant deed dated September 12, 1951 conveying that <br />certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Westerly ten feet of Lot Twenty in Block "C" <br /> of "Tract No. 603" as shown on a Map recorded in Book <br /> 19, page 6 of ~iscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, <br /> California, <br /> <br />NOW, TWRREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />accepts said deeds and the property hereinabove described.
