HESOL TION NO. 5O?3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA A <br />~E~BER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DIS- <br />TRICT NUMBER ONE OF ORANGE COUNTY, AND APPOINTING A ~E~BER <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL AS AN ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO ACT IN <br />PLACE AND STEAD OF THE NAYOR DURING HIS ABSENCE, INABILITY <br />OR REFUSAL TO ACT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor, who is the presiding Officer <br /> <br />of the Council of the City of Santa Ann, is hereby designated and <br /> <br />appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of County Sanita- <br /> <br />tion District Number One of Orange County. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Milford W.
